Maps of the Month – June 2025

Welcome dear Cartographers for another great selection of user maps from our community! All of these were posted on the Profantasy forum our the CC3+ group on Facebook.

Now, I’m quite smug to see that people have been been using the new Hand-drawn Fantasy style quite a bit, not least among them our extremely prolifc community member Ricko Hasche.

Another one of our regulars that used the Hand-drawn Fantasy style is Wyvern on his Blackmarsh map.

It’s always a joy to see maps from Middle-earth that go beyond the regions described by Tolkien himself, so it was a treat to see whit2468 explore the south of the world with the Harshandat region. The style is his adaptation of the Pete Fenlon style.

Stephen St John continues the restoration of Rhudaur with this Trapper’s Cottage map.

Stephen Camper used the Birdseye Overland style to map the western continent of his world here.

Another map using the Birdseye Overland style is HelenAA‘s map of a real-world area: the Åfjord in Norway.

Duane Wilkey continues the series of villages, towns and cities in the Cities of Schley style from Symbol Set 5 with the town of Symit.

amerigoV‘s CRT-style starship map is a great example of an easy and simple style-adjustment, taking the Retro Starship-style and changing the colors used.
