Welcome dear cartographer’s to another month of mapping goodness, where we highlight what the Profantasy community shared in August – both on the Profantasy forum and the Facebook community group.
We start with Eric NcNeal‘s map of Daladra Valley. Eric uses the Mike Schley overland style in a unique way to create wonderful regional or even local maps.
Duane Wilkey transitions from town to rural maps with the village of Sollowtree, but keeps his signature use of the Cities of Schley style from Symbol Set 5.
Daniel Perede De Pablo mapped a mining complex of several levels with the Dungeons of Schley style from Symbol Set 4.
Ute Gundacker continues sharing amazing maps for futuristic and apocalyptic settings like the Fallout series in this case.
Quenten drills down into his fantasy setting with the town of Dalvik in Frostlund, also using the Cities of Schley style.
We stay with the symbol sets and Dungeons of Schley in Matt Finch‘s serene and beautiful gallery floorplan.
Maidhc O Casain embedded a world map done in the Parchment Worlds style into the pages of a budding atlas.
Justine Rogers‘ island map is an amalgation of work in Campaign Cartographer and Photoshop and shows off the synergy of different tools wonderfully.
Glitch‘s floorplan of Meddleson’s Shipping and Storage takes us back to the Dungeons of Schley style. It’s only one of several maps from the Wayward Village.
Finally C.C.Charron continues his exploration of styles suitable for hex crawl maps and settles on his own Pencil Sketch style.
