Looking very nice. Obviously, not quite as nice as the 24×24 ones, but that is kind of difficult considering they are more than twice the size of these ones.
However, I think you managed to make quite some nice icons given the limited space 16×16 gives you. And I am happy about this, because I prefer this icon size, even on my 2560×1440 screens.
